The silver charm of this necklace actually started as a "mistake" and has been now been created for a Cause. The silver charm says Hope... Faith... Love. The Copper charm is stamped with a ribbon, a heart and a cross each to represent those on the silver charm. The Austrian Crystal butterfly is to represent the rebirth each person goes through after a diagnosis and /or treatment. This Orange Butterfly is for Multiple Sclerosis, you may chose the Austrian Crystal butterfly for your cause and have one created for you.
